3. Recipients
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law (for example, to the Spanish Tax Agency, Social Security, courts or the Executive Service of the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering) or where needed to provide the service you ask for and you authorise it.
To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Web hosting and forms: Netlify, Inc. (United States). It is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the international transfer; if that ceased to apply, the European Commission standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement would apply.
- Newsletter delivery: for now, subscriptions are stored in the website forms system (Netlify). When we start sending, we will use a provider with servers in the European Union and name it here.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
4. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to info@solucionesama.com or to our postal address stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have doubts about your identity, we may ask you to verify it.
If you believe we have not handled your rights correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Newsletter and unsubscribing
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to info@solucionesama.com.
6. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under that age, do not send us personal data without your parents' or guardians' consent.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
