Immigration services in Albacete
We handle residence and work permits, arraigo, renewals, family reunification and Spanish nationality applications. It is one of the things we do most at the firm.
What we handle
Under the current immigration regulation
Since 20 May 2025 Spain applies a new immigration regulation (Royal Decree 1155/2024), which changed arraigo, the length of permits and the position of relatives of Spanish citizens.
-
Arraigo
The five routes in the regulation: social, socio-labour, socio-training, family and second chance. Except for family arraigo, two years of continuous stay in Spain are required.
-
Residence and work
Permits to work as an employee or as self-employed, student permits and the changes between them, for example from student to worker.
-
Renewals
We remind you in good time and file the renewal. Under the current regulation, a renewal allows you to live and work for four more years.
-
Family
The permit for relatives of Spanish citizens (spouse or partner, children up to age 26 and other relatives in the cases provided for) and family reunification.
-
Spanish nationality
By residence: 10 years in general, 2 years for nationals of Ibero-American countries, Andorra, the Philippines, Equatorial Guinea and Portugal, and 1 year in cases such as marriage to a Spanish citizen. We prepare the whole application.
-
Appeals
If an application has been refused or you have been asked for more documents, we review the file and prepare the reply or the appeal.
